WAIZAN 3PL Reconcile Data Dashboard:
Created a dashboard in power BI which reconciles all the 3PLs inventory in a single report. Side by side it is integrated with the ERP system(NetSuite) as well which helps keep track of actual inventory on hand at the 3PL in case someone misses creating a transfer order. This also helps in keeping NetSuite data aligned with the 3PL and it gets easier to reach out to the stakeholder responsible for the data discrepancy between actual inventory and ERP inventory.
