  • Assist in making contact with and organizing local communities in most appropriate form of organization (in the given situation context).
  • Assist in training local leader and activists in the basics of organizing communities and introducing a programme of saving, capital formation, Skill development and linkages.
  • Assist in training concerned local persons in maintaining records, organizing saving and developing plan (prior to actual training) for the utilization of skill training at the community level.
  • Exchanging ideas and experiences with management and field staff as to inculcate the spirit of debate and discussion within NRSP.

  • Report writing and reporting the monthly, quarterly and annually progress of Field Unit to regional office.
  • Assist in managing for NRSP intervention such as credit, Environmental Natural Resource Management (ENRM) and Physical Infrastructure and Technology Development (PITD) etc.
  • Working as a Social Organizer in GFATM-7 Project for Malaria Control and prevention.
