  • Responsible for all site requisition whatsoever these items for project (revenue) or non-revenue enter these site requisitions in Bin cards (manual) and also in system (stockmax) on daily bases. (around 300 to 500 daily site requisitions)
  • Responsible for the all calibration of mechanical, rigging, welding and heavy equipment related to workshop & yard, Send these tools before due date for service & calibration. And updating in MS-Excel record book.
  • Raising MR for calibration items and follows up for items with supplier.
  • Keeping all documents and original certificate of calibration in files separately. And maintain also in MS-Excel file and raising GRN’s.
  • Responsible for customer supplied material’s also, keeping full record incoming material or outgoing material, file all the documents in their relevant job file along with picture’s also for both documents.
  • Responsible preparing GRN for customer supplied materials and file these GRN with original backup documents in customer supplied material GRN file.
  • Supervise logistic assistant for shipping and receiving.
  • Responsible for all outbound shipments, preparing documents and capture the picture and file these documents in concerned job file and outgoing delivery note file. (10 to 15 shipments daily)
  • Responsible for generating MR (Material Requisition) for consumable-stock, non-revenue items and for project material also.
  • Responsible for preparing (10 to 20) GRN (Good Receipt Note) after receiving and clearance from QA/QC all type of material, and file original documents in GRN file with full backup documents.
  • Responsible for monthly periodic inspection report for all the consumable material and file this report with monthly stock report.
  • Responsible for maintain shelf-life consumable record on monthly bases.
  • Responsible for the hired equipment, enter hired equipment time sheet in system and also in MS-Excel.
  • Responsible for annual stock report.
  • Responsible for the showing to internal & external auditors 100% identical report and physical stock
  • Coordinate for cash purchase for the immediate job requirement (05 to 10 daily)
  • Liaise with vendors and purchaser for purchasing regularly.
