- Client Communication & Support:Handle 50+ inbound and outbound calls daily via Inpacket, addressing client inquiries related to Hajj, Umrah, and tour services.
Deliver real-time customer support using Tawk.to live chat, ensuring fast and accurate assistance for customer concerns.
Offer personalized solutions by guiding clients through booking processes, travel documentation, and troubleshooting common issues.
- Administrative & Data Management:Maintain and update client records using Google Sheets for tracking bookings, client inquiries, and follow-ups.
Assist in preparing and organizing digital documents through Microsoft Word and Google Docs, ensuring information is easily accessible.
Use Microsoft Excel for managing client databases, tracking service usage, and creating client service reports.
- Team Collaboration & Task Coordination:Communicate with team members via Slack, ensuring clear collaboration and the timely sharing of updates or client concerns.
Coordinate client follow-ups and service timelines using Google Calendar, maintaining an organized and efficient workflow.
Participate in virtual team meetings through Zoom, contributing to discussions on improving customer service processes.
