• BSC/RNC hardware Expansion.
• GSM-UMTS MOCN/MORAN.
• BSC/SDR Software up-gradation.
• FPLMN Activity.
• U900 UMTS 3rd carrier.
• Sub-Frequency Band Enabling (OMMB END).
• DESSUR.
• Provide Technical support to field teams to sort out the problems for better result.

Responsibilities after Swap:

• Responsible for sharing Reports on Daily/Weekly/Monthly basis (Hardware/VSWR, Master/Salve Difference, TCH availability, Cell Validity and Packet loss of GU sites).
• BSC/BTS Rehoming. GB flex enabling.
• Pop Shifting (Transmission related changes).
• UMTS Dual Carrier Implementation.
• Provide Technical support to field teams to sort out the problems for better result.

Mobilink Phase 3 Swap Project March 2016 to September 2016:

• New Site Creation (GSM-UMTS-LTE).
• Soft and Hard Expansion (GSM-UMTS-LTE)
• Monitoring and Troubleshooting
• Responsible for sharing Reports on Daily/Weekly/Monthly basis (Hardware/VSWR, Master/Salve Difference, TCH availability, Cell Validity and Packet loss of GU sites).
• Power mapping
• Parametric changes as per customer requirement.
• Monitoring, analysis and corrective actions to ensure KPIs for fulfill the QoS requirements.
