  • Preparation MIS report of Daily / Month End Deposits and Business figures for review of Area Manager and ensure that reporting has proper & timely done by the Branches.
  • Monthly Visits of Area Branches to check operational working and Service Standard as per Bank's policy and procedure.
  • To deal with operational matters of the Branches and resolution of day to day operational Issues like checking of Branch Expenses with Budgeted Expense, consolidate all Area Branches Monthly Income Expensed comparison to ascertain the profitability difference from last month figures.
  • Follow up with the Branches for timely submission of all credits, Trade & Operation related statements / Reports and information as required by the Principal / Zonal Office / Area Office.
  • To follow up with Branches for meticulous compliance of day to day instruction received from SBP, PO, ZO as per advice of the Area Manager.
  • To deal with staff matters of Branches, it's including staff Transfer & Posting, Job Rotations, New hiring of staff etc.
  • Assist Zonal Coordinator with day to day Operations of the HR Functions and duties, Provide administrative support to Zonal HR Coordinator, Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (Staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluation etc.
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules and regulations, properly handle complaints and grievances procedure.
  • Coordinate communication with candidates for scheduling initial interviews and forward successful candidates complete profile with Bank's Job Application form to Zonal Coordinator for further processing.
  • Maintain Training record of Area Branches staff organized by Bank AL-Habib or others institutions.
  • To look after administration issues of Branches and its timely resolution.
