• Mechanical engineer having 33 years of diversified experience of work in different oil and gas and Power plant sectors, managing, monitoring and supervision of Laying of pipe lines, skid piping, wellhead piping, compressor’spiping and structure, equipment installation, plant up gradation, testing and commissioning in accordance with the quality and international codes and standards including ASME, ANSI, AWS, ASTM and API.
• Execution planning and monitoring / supervision of various activities related to Laying of cross country pipe line through (Mountain/rocky, cultivated, waterlog, &sandy Areas) from Mobilization, Survey of pipeline, ROW preparation, Stringing, Production Welding, pipe line sections lowering, Tie-in welding, field bend installation, Heat shrink Sleeve installation, pigging of pipe lines, Hydrostatic Testing, HDD crossings for (canal crossing, railway tracks & road crossings) and Commissioning, including installation of valve assemblies.
• Different Diameter Pipe lines laid from 4” to 42”, more than 2000km line laid.
• Professional, with outstanding Project execution planning, monitoring and resource balancing skills with ability to execute and supervise multiples imultaneous projects in a matrix organizational structure of plant erection,execution
• Project Monitoring & Control and Analysis (Tracking, Resource Management and Analysis)
• Excel at communicating with stakeholders to provide accurate reporting and information regarding the ongoing projects and initiatives.
• Experienced in preparation of project execution plan, time line and shutdown plan for completion of projects.

• Execution planning and monitoring for different projects such as plant piping, pipe lines, tanks fabrication and erection, different type of structures to ensure for timely completion within completion date also to ensure quality standards in accordance with codes and standards.
• To organize the daily construction activities.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, manpower at site (work schedule, Manpower & HSE Issues).
• Coordinate with client for daily progress or any query regarding material.
• To ensure that all site activities are performed in environmentally safe and responsible manner.
• Execution planning and monitoring / supervision of various activities related to cross country pipe line from Mobilization to ROW preparation, Stringing, Production Welding, and Lowering, HS Sleeve installation, Hydrostatic Testing, Pigging, Commissioning and Punch list rectification.
• Ensure the quantity of the work executed by the construction contractor and monitor the compliance with established schedule.
• Evaluate the construction contractor work capability according to the programs to be implemented and promote corrective action where necessary
• Ensure the proper execution of inspection and test in accordance with the field quality control plan and monitor the adequacy result.
• Assist in the field engineering works such as per site modification.
• Having the responsibility of all Technical Query regarding piping & structural works.
• Plan and manage project with existing resource on time and within budget
• Implementation effective quality improvement programs.
• Effective communication skill at all levels, both internally and externally
