I am responsible for teaching social sciences and humanities to adolescents in face-to-face classrooms, online classes and in camp settings. Experiences gained include:

In addition to my primary work at the institution, I am also responsible for marketing Secondary Teacher Education Program (STEP), plan and execute academic support to potential teachers to get selected for the program. Experiences gained include:

• Travel across Pakistan for STEP marketing and headhunting for potential STEP candidates.
• Create teaching materials, develop and execute engaging lesson plans for Academic IELTS Modules.
• Lead and manage several Academic Literacy and English Language support programs with the help of service providers.
• Develop periodic reports and difference analysis for senior management.

I am also responsible for training volunteer teachers to support STEP teachers in day-to-day teaching. Experiences gained include:

• Organized workshops, training sessions, and events for volunteer teachers.

• Assigned follow-up and post-tasks to volunteer teachers and ensured effective delivery of the tasks in the classroom.

In 2020-2021, I had offered my services as 'virtual seconded teacher educator' for ITREB, Kenya. Experiences gained include:
